Niko joj ne bi poverovao da jede i brzu hranu.

Kloi Medli je ćerka poznatih voditelja Džudi Finigan i Ričarda Medlija. Ona je britansko TV lice i model, a ujedno je i veliki zaljubljenik u fitnes. 

Nije ni čudo što je desetine hiljada ljudi prati na Instagramu, s obzirom na to da je velika inspiracija svima koji žele lepo da izgledaju. 

 

Week 1 – 132.6lbs Week 3 – 131lbs Week 4 - 130.1lbs Same chat as last week really! Losing ever so slowly week on week, now down from 132.6 to 130.1 in 3 weeks. I started at a pretty "in shape" #weight really so if i wanted to lose quickly, I would have really had to go in hard, which I have 0 interest in doing! My #calories are low enough for a loss and my training is real enough for one too, doing my app as my 15mins #HIIT every morning or 20 mins steady state #cardio depending on how my #body feels. #weight #lifting in the pm, different body part daily, #hypertrophy so heavy, 3-4 sets 8-12 reps. I had a cheat night on Saturday because I don't have any shoots coming up, I'm on track, losing, #training hard and #diet is consistent. updates in more detail on my site FitnessFondue.con Let's see if I can enter the 129lbs this week!

Ipak, ni ona nije sasvim bez poroka. Iako vodi zdrav život, priznaje da s vremena na vreme upadne u krizu. Svi ti trbušnjaci, odricanja i gladovanje neretko dovedu i do toga da posegne za picom i sladoledom. Sasvim je logično da malo "poklekne", ali tada se prepusti tom "poroku", a sutradan nastavi sa jakim treninzima. 

 

This morning I woke up and scratched my belly and for the first time since mid December, I felt my #abs . I got back on the clean #diet and #training wagon 3 weeks ago and I can safely say I will have visually and noticeably changed my #body by week 4. I remember 3 years ago when I was 3/4 weeks in the same thing happening...not the #abs , that didn't happen for a long time haha, but I distinctly remember looking in the mirror and thinking, oh fuck, it's working! That was after a week 2 full of tears and exhaustion, but I was told to push through, so I held on tight and carried on, and slowly it happened. There's no denying that where I am after 3/4 weeks now is very different from where I was then, I've been training for years and more than that I have learnt a hell of a lot along the way that I have applied and practiced with greater success. Information, research, knowledge is power. It will get you where you want to be. Tajna je sasvim jednostavna, možete sebi dati oduška s vremena na vreme, ali to morate dobrim znojem i da potrošite. Samo tako ćete imati izvajano telo.
